Lori MacNichol will be the first person to tell you that the greatest gift she ever gave herself was learning how to fly. Her passion for aviation grew out of her desire to find better, more remote spots for fly fishing – something she has loved her whole life – but once she got a taste of flying, it was all she could think about. It became her life.

We were privileged to spend several days whipping around the stunning Idaho backcountry with Lori documenting her life for this branded series produced for Hodinkee in partnership with IWC.
